| | R. Noel Stout has more than 25 years of experience in dealing with the financial needs of middle-market companies. A former bank president with a major financial institution, he has for the past twenty years provided financial consulting services to Texas-based businesses in areas including corporate finance, acquisitions, sales and divestitures and strategies for financial growth. Noel received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He holds professional credentials as an accredited valuation analyst (AVA) and certified merger and acquisition advisor (CM&A).

| | Oliver Sandlin has over 10 years' experience in dealing with accounting, legal and financial issues of middle-market companies. His business experience includes work with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, where he focused on audit and management consulting work for large privately-held and public companies. Prior to the founding of ACA, Oliver practiced corporate, tax and securities law with Clark, Thomas & Winters, a large Austin-based law firm. He received B.B.A degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in 1990, and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1995. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas), and practices law with Sandlin & Associates, PC in Austin. He is a past president of the Capital City A & M Club, Inc. |
